Casa De Tucson, LLC, operates two community based therapeutic group homes in the northwest area of Tucson, Arizona, for adolescent males who have maladaptive sexual behaviors. Maximum capacity is 15 adolescents.

Casa De Tucson is posting for a salaried full-time Clinical Director/Therapist position. This person is the primary therapist for the adolescents in the program. Arizona licensure or ability to obtain Arizona licensure is required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assessment; conducting individual, family, and group therapy; development and implementation of treatment plans; collaborating with multidisciplinary team members; staff supervision; discharge planning.
